She has over 27 years experience in the food industry and is currently the Managing Director of Kots Catering Nig. Ltd. She earned a Higher Technical Diploma at Norwich City College and Hotel School, UK, where she graduated in 1985.
In 2007, she was awarded a Level 4 Certificate in Managing Food Safety in Catering from the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and Advanced Diploma in Health and Safety in the Workplace from the Royal Society for Public Health in 2008.
